2006 325 Xi Wagon
Can I run 18x9.5 35 offset with 255/35/tires all around?

Front will need 5mm spacers for strut clearance (depends on tire brand and suspension type) and a touch of negative camber to avoid rubbing the outer fenders.

18x9" ET30 square would be a better choice, and closer to a direct fit. A 9" wheel will be lighter, cost less, and will support the 255 tire just fine, therefore there really isn't incentive to run 9.5" wide wheels unless you are installing 265 or wider tires.

The front may require a spacer to clear suspension and will be quite aggressive with a 255. The rear will be just fine.
