E93 Rear tires

I decided to get a 35 profile for my rears on my E93, OEM rears come with 30. Noticed when i have a passenger in the rear there's a slight rub, i have 15mm spacers in the rear. Any suggestions on how to stop the rubbing?

Stock height, seems like fenders already have a slight roll.

The stock rear fender looks like its been rolled, however that's how it is from the factory.

Your rub is likely on the rear portion of the fender where it meets the bumper.

So, few ways to correct this issue, considering you want to keep that tire size:

1. remove the spacer, or
2. change wheel width, or
3. change tire brand (some tires run more square sidewalls and will rub when compared to others), or
4. roll fenders, or
5. don't drive with pasengers

What's your wheel and tire set up on the front and rear?

it's rubbing most likely due to moving from a 255/30 to 255/35 profile tire. The sidewalls of the tire are a bit taller and causing the rubbing.
