East Bay dealers

Concord BMW (Concord) charges over msrp for parts. The one and only time I had service there they charged me over $550 for a clutch slave cylinder on my e28. That's a $25 part and about 4 hours of labor at that time. They earned their name "stealership". Weatherford BMW (Berkeley) will discount parts, gives BMW club discounts, and does a decent job on service the few times I've been there. If I had to pick one, it would be East Bay BMW. |

+1 for East Bay BMW. Their parts department seem pretty reasonable, spoke with a fella by the name of Russ. Very helpful in ordering a new set of wheels. I haven't gotten much work done there, but so far so good - much better experience than BMW of San Rafael.
