Help Needed: Front K member/Engine cradle/axle support info
Hey Guy's
So I'm rebuilding my 135I. It looks like I need to replace the front K member. Part # 31116785639 is common to all E8xE9x cars. I've found one on ebay for a good price but I want to confirm it has no deformation prior to purchasing. Can anyone tell me what the proper distance is between body mount bolt holes, wishbone mounts and tension strut mounts. and what the cross measure distance should be corner to corner. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Bump for help. There has to be someone on stands that owns a tape measure. Saving me 400 bucks would be great.

WHAT exactly do you need? I have a 2009 135i with sport package I bought with 14,300 mi. its still brand new as far as I am concerned. although its got 22,6xx on her now.
If you can send me a photo of what you whnt measured I can through her on stands and get it done for ya! Might be a couple days, it at body shop have a ER FE WB kit reinstalled to correct the hack misalignment job my shop screwed me up on the first time around. Now the Siebon GTR hood is going on too. Then TCKline Dual adjust rear Koni's, swift springs and thrust bearings and helpers, along with the front set up from TCKline that is part of the whole Kit, Vorshlag plates. Should handle like a animal with 18X9.5 Square and 275/ 35/ 18 Michelin SSI bought it for $24k AND PUT IN ANOTHER $25k SO FAR NOT INCLUDING THE NEW THINGS I JUST MENTIONED. cjn |
