N55 catted DP adjustment tips?

My tuner installed a Wagner catted DP (single pipe) in my E92 N55 xDrive. It's a gorgeous piece, but I'm having vibration issues as something appears to be hitting / vibrating during full throttle runs in 3rd & 4th gear (6MT). I was under the car and nothing appears to be obviously rubbing, so guessing it's a problem when the drivetrain twists under dynamic load.

Looking for pointers on where to begin troubleshooting!!

I had an issue with my previous 4" dp. The vibration's? turned out to be a crack in the flange weld.
