Code 3FC0 after CBU clean (walnut blast, etc)

I have 2011 335d 115k miles. All stocks no alphabet deletes.
Just did a second CBU clean (they were done at ~ 75K intervals).
I did walnut blast, cleaned EGR valve and Intake manifold (also did Glow plugs and Glow plug module since I was getting glow plug related codes).
All glow plug codes and other CBU related codes have cleared. However, since then I now get Service Engine Soon light with 3FC0 Air Flow meter signal code. I can erase code and SES light will turn off and remain off until next start. I drove a 6 hour trip and the car ran great with no SES light when running - but cannot clear code for good.
I have the Schwaben by Foxwell BMW/Mini scanner and have tried doing some of the Service adaptations; Mean Quantity adaptation and High pressure EGR Adaptation but still get the same 3FC0 code.
Does the Schwaben unit have the necessary adaptation reset option?
Has anyone else come across this issue and have any recommendations on what I can try?
Thanks

When CBU process was done, has all the necessary resets been performed? Who did the cleaning?

No Schwaben cannot reset the adaptations. I did my reset with ISTA. Suggest resetting adaptations first before chasing that code.

How bad was your CBU ?

Thanks for the replies. I did the cleaning myself. Not sure how to rate CBU, but I would say medium - I starting to notice rough idling and got occasional injector related codes. EGR valve was not too dirty, same with Intake manifold. see attached before and after pics of worst looking valves.
I do not have ISTA and am not really familiar with it. Can I use with Macbook?
Thanks.
