passenger side headlights and tail lights not working

I noticed two warning signs in the console and upon visual inspection found that the high beam / low beam lights and the tail lights are not working on the passenger side on my 2006 BMW 330i.

1) I was thinking of purchasing these lights from my local BMW dealer and installing it at a pep boys or an Indy shop. Is that a good idea? The main reason is I want to stay with the branded Xenon HD lights sold by BMW and not a cheap brand.

2) Should I also change the driver side high/low beam and tail lights when doing this replacement on passenger side? Or they should be fine? The reason I am asking this is when the same happened on my 2012 Nissan Altima, exactly a week later the driver side lights stopped working too.
