I am looking for aftermarket shocks/struts in excellent condition (less than 50,000 kms).
Please let me know what you have: model/brand, front/rear/both, # of kms, age, condition, price, location, etc Nothing that is leaking, noisy, lost pressure, excessively rusty, etc. Will buy pairs or full sets. Thanks, Gerry Last edited by GerryT; 01-02-2018 at 11:06 AM.. |

Thanks for the feedback. I've got a quote for B4's for the rear at $100/ea but having trouble finding the fronts - any leads? Thanks.

To my knowledge, the xi sport pkg consisted of 18" alloys with sport seats and various trim bits. BTW, I have since done a R&R with Koni sports and no other suspension changes. The fronts didn't feel much different than the OEM struts that I took off. When I did the rears, I also installed Powerflex upper strut mounts (poly) and that seemed to noticeably improve the tightness in the back end. |

Thanks to all for any feedback. I found Bilstein B4 OEM replacements for my xdrive in the fall. Hence I updated the original post for aftermarket gear. However, I ordered Koni Sports for the rwd last week so I should be set for awhile. Next might be coilovers for the 135 but I don't think 3 series parts work on the 1 series due to different weights/rates. |Gerry

Depends. The same Koni yellows from a RWD E90 are listed as compatible with the E82.
