Would you guys recommend changing the OEM stick with a short shifter? If so, what are the pros/cons of it and which brand to buy ? And the same with the pedals? Which brand of pedals to buy and are there any advantages to these other than the looks?

The first mod I performed after buying my E92 was a ZHP knob. For under $80. I noticed a much shorter throw and it's leather and a couple inches shorter than the standard knob.

ECSTuning but most vendors sell them.
