Professional Radio doesn't work anymore

I recently did some coolant bleeding procedures (twice) and did not have a battery charger hooked up. A few weeks later my radio screen went entirely dark.

I tried scanning with the BT tool and noticed that the tool does not recognize the radio module.

I have the Junction Box fault A731 - Bistable relay signal is below threshold.

I tried charging the battery recently hoping that it would correct the situation. My BT tool said by voltage IBS is 8.16 Volts. I assume this too low?

Would replacing the Bistable relay in the junction box (30g relay black) fix this issue or is this a battery issue?

Start by putting your battery on a charge then clearing your codes.

How old is the battery?

Battery is about 5 years. I charged it twice but only able to get 8.16 volts. I think it's too low. Is it possible for my car to shutoff radio so that I'm able to start the car?

Your car will shut off anything it can to shed load if the voltage is too low.

Put your battery on a charger overnight and see if the issue seems to go away after starting your car.
