I didn't get to stay there long enough, I need to go back.. I flew into Paris and went to Rome afterwards. Both cities were really amazing, but I personally prefered Italy, but to each his own!!
Here are some pics. Basicaly, all day I think about when I'll get to go back. |

Europe in general is so amazing, so much history, and alot of it is still perserved. I adore it, screw the east coast, i should go study abroad. Yes summer 07, we'll have a mini meet.

Awesome pics, Mark! If you don't get out to see other places every once in a while, you tend to forget there's a world outside of the place you live in and work in everyday.

Spent 4 days there last Sept. Unbelievable city. Could have spent more. There is so much to see and do. Saw my first M5 there, right outside the Ferrari store of all places.
Walked more than I thought possible and ate so well. Hope to go back soon.

yeah on my ED we went to munich, bern, rome, florence. actually got to spend Christams at the Vatican. awesome. rome is a sweet place to be but i actually enjoyed florence more. not as "busy" as rome. although in Rome i got to see/hear a lambo murcialgo (sp?) at WOT and saw countless ferrarri's and masseratti's incl and enzo parked in front of my hotel. and im with you on wanting to go back.its like an obbession w/me now
and bella, munich boring? but theres so much delicious bier there...and a place with beer is NEVER boring i loved it in munich. people were nice. good food. good beer. easy transportation. and good beer... |

Damnit, now i'm thinking about those sweet gellatos now... Can't wait to get my ass to Florence!#~ ANd yea, thos ugly Fish looking Fiats, I know EXACTLY which one you are talking about, haha those were funny. At first I thought they were russian cars until I saw the Fiat logo. The cars in Italy did generally suck compared to France, but I guess thats a reflection of France being the more wealthy country. Then again my first breakfast in France cost me 30Euros, so I was happy to get out of there.... |

My brother in law is from Florence. About 20 years ago I was in Rome, Naples and Pompei. I visited Tuscany about 5 times.(Maranello too)I adore Siena and Florence.
Paris is great too, I visited it last september but I was with a friend not with my GF. Paris is boring with friends. You should go with your GF/BF whover imho. Beautiful pics Mark. |
