e92 single turbo EOI

Hey Guys,

I have a 2008 E92 M sport in sapphire black with black interior.(auto Trans)

Car has sun roof and all the other goodies.

I have recently done a big single turbo conversion with a 6266 precision and all custom work, has a VSRF 7" cooler , fule it stage 2 bucketless pump and some other fruit.

I purchased the car in January for 37'000.

I was wondering with this modification what you guys would think it would be worth to sell?

I know modifications don't nessceraliy add value but surely someone would pay to have a single turbo 335i??

Please let me know opinions

Honestly a single turbo conversion would scare most people off

Regardless of how well its done I'd always be wary of a custom build where so much stuff has changed, and all the stuff I don't know about. On a stock vehicle its a known quantity, on a single turbo conversion you have all this custom stuff which can be hard to troubleshoot unless its not the same person who built it.

A person who has not much experience with these cars would have a massive learning curve to troubleshoot any issues, so for a new owner with no experience on this platform it'd be a hard sell.

You'd have to wait quite a long time for the right buyer I reckon. Parting it out is another option but I know first hand how much labour it is to rip all that stuff out.

not keen to part out at all seeing as everything has been relocated and my stock turbo have been sold and same with the downpipes , it would be like starting all over again.

would rather sell the car and break even then have to rip all that shit off

Why do you want to sell it when you have only just installed the ST? I thought you would like to enjoy the car for a while with the extra power. Have you done any data logs with the ST that you would like to share?

Post up some pics mate
Would love to see what you have done
Vince makes a good point, they require another level for trouble shooting but I'm sure there would be some interest.....
