I'm looking for an e91 wagon to replace the wife's aging e39 wagon.

Budget: $8,000 max

Must haves:
Automatic transmission
Exterior color can't be white
Heated front seats

Preferred:
RWD
Sport model
<140k miles
Service history

I'm located in Raleigh,NC, but I'm willing to travel within reason for the right car at the right price. I know an automatic is not a unicorn and I can find some a local dealers with in the area, but I would prefer buy from an enthusiast if possible to get a full accounting of the service history of the car. From what I'm finding in my search is that these cars are still new enough that many at dealers are from trade ins. There are very few from private sellers.
