Change behaviour of headlight washers?

Okay, so I've searched and have found SOME info, but not really the answers I'm looking for...

In the JBBF module there are a number of parameters that control the headlight washers. These are the ones I'm looking to modify:

ANZAHL_WASCHBET_ZUR_SRA – Number of wash operations with headlights on until headlight cleaning
Options are wert_05, wert_10, or wert_01

I believe these only affect when the headlight washers engage again, and don't change the fact they still spray on the first wash w/ lights on

ANZAHL_SPRITZIMPULSE – number of spray impulses
Options are wert_02 or wert_03

On my F30, the headlight washers would not activate until the THIRD wash of the windshield. IMO, this makes infinitely more sense than the E90's stupid behaviour of activating the headlight washers on first wash of windshield w/ lights on...

Is there any way to program the headlight washers to come on after the third wash activation instead? I know how to turn them off entirely, but that's not what I'm asking.
How would I program them to only spray once during their activation cycle? Currently they pop up twice.

Forgive my noobishness here. I presume it'll involve modifying nettodat files, but I'm struggling to put the pieces together on what data can/should be modified or added for the above parameters. I'm comfortable modifying nettodat, but I just need to know what to do.
