Clunking from rear when coming off throttle

Hi,

I've noticed a clunking noise from the rear of the car when coming off the throttle.

For example, in first gear, 3k revs then come of the throttle, so the car starts to slow and then I hear the clunk/thud from the rear (by the sounds of it) Not super loud, only noticed it as I did not have the radio on for once!

2011 320d 60k miles.
