How Soon After Your New Car is Delivered Does BMW NA Contact You ?

I am planning to DESTROY my CA regarding my recent deal. I have a feeling that he knows this and has supplied BMW NA with wrong information so that they try to contact me at my previous phone number. I asked him THREE times to correct it on various documents. (His name is Ed Lopez from BMW Manhattan... AVOID HIM !!)

If they don't contact me, should I contact them ?

(LOVE the 335i, by the way)

Joseph

Why do you need to contact BMW NA ? Is there a problem with your car that your dealer can't resolve ? Sounds like you already have your car but you're unhappy with your deal.....if that's the case, I don't think NA will help.

I am unhappy with the treatment, service and attitude that this asshole had.

The CA I had for my first 2 BMW's was amazing...

of course, he had to leave.

I complained to the Sales Manager several times about this guy... all he seemed to do is FORCE the CA to be accommodating (which was a chore, believe me)

I REALLY despise this guy.

He should be selling Nissans

you complain like a 10 year old girl. All rant and rave and no factual information. Maybe he got tired of your attitude. If you were just perhaps a bit more discriptive we could be understanding and possibly give advice.

Sorry to hear about your experience. Happened to me, too, with the first dealership I went to. Guess what I did?

I walked away from the deal. Simple.

Went to another dealer and was treated well. Bought the car from my CA there. Great guy, keeps me updated regularly via email.

I picked up my car on a Sat., and BMWNA called me on Tuesday. I gave my CA and dealership rave reviews, they kissed my a** to get that 47k cash money. Of course, I was the fool in the end because after that, the dealer has s*****b*** worse than Eliot Spit*ers 7-diamond gal.

"10 year old girl ?"

Gee, I'm speechless !

Who asked you for ADVICE ?

All I asked was "how long before BMW contacts you?"

It seems that YOU are the one who needs to grow the f*ck up.

For someone with so few posts, you need to learn to read more carefully before "opening" your childish mouth with useless and pointless replies to honest questions and requests.
