335xi N54 with FBO and accessport sometimes has no boost through gears

Occasionally if I'm getting on it from 1st into second I will then have no boost in higher gears unless I let it calm down for a second. Was wondering what it could be?

not totally sure what you mean but that sounds like a wastegate issue if you randomly don't get boost. i had a similar issue
