Will offset work with 11 335is

Looking at
Front: 19x8.5 +35 (5x120) 225/35/19
Rear: 19x9.5 +35 (5x120) 255/40/19

Anyone fore see any fitment issues?

You will be fine if you're stock height. I think even lowered you should be fine. I'm at 9.5 et30 rear, pretty low and I rub on bumps in the rear.

How low are you? Below BMW PS/eibach height?

I'm definitely lower than that, I have ST XTA, with my front lip being about an iPhone 6 from the bottom to the unlock button height.

Also note, with a 335is, lowering and wider wheels you will rub in when turning the wheels when parking due to the driver side oil cooler grills.
