Washer pump - Stuck on! Module issue?

Hello all, I find myself back on this brilliant forum.

Not just browsing this time, but because I have an issue which seems small, but might be hiding something bigger

Simply put: My windscreen washer pump is stuck on. Even without ignition

How did it happen?: My fault really, the pump filter was clogged and numerous people have blown on the washer tube which forces the gunk back away from the filter. I tried to speed thing up with an air compressor I know, I know.. Safe to say it definitely un-clogged the filter! Butttt.. The pump is now stuck on even without ignition.

What have I tired?: - Found 2 fuses that stopped the pump (79 and 80), weirdly they both have to be out. I then left it for a while hoping it was a short and would dry out. Not ideal as the door locks and rear windows don't work.
- I was then able to plug in fuse 80 without the pump coming on but 79 still triggers it.
- Pulled the pump from the wheel arch to dry it out and plugged a new pump in just to check.. AND THE NEW ONE IS STUCK ON TOO!

Where do I go from here? A module issue? Will need a pump that isn't stuck on for an MOT! Weirdly the headlight washer pump is fine

I'll try and attach a fuse diagram so you can see what they're associated with.

Thanks in advance guys!

Fuse Diagram

Fuse 79 is the issue now. 80 seems not to affect the pump being stuck on anymore so has been put back in
