Parking Light Coding

I'm trying to determine if it's possible to code the Parking Lights (the little bulbs inside my halogen reflector head lights of my E82) to stay on when the light switch is in the Auto position. I've been fumbling around trying to learn to code and I'm helpless. If someone with some skills can confirm this is possible and walk me through it, I'm happy to pay a reasonable fee for your time and support.

Thank you.
