What dealer do you use for service in Seattle?
Folks in Seattle area, what dealer do you use for service? Seattle, Bellevue or Tacoma?
I've been using BMW of Seattle in the past but I'm seeing some annoying inconsistencies with them lately, and I'm thinking of switching, car still under warranty, wonder what you guys think, please share your thoughts Thanks! |

Tacoma is supposed to be the best, but it's way far and ridiculous traffic. Seattle has an ok rep; IME the service advisor is the main difference in what you experience. |

Depends on the type of service requirements.
I limit interactions with the service and parts departments to fluid changes and routine maintenance, mostly to maintain a distant relationship with the dealer. I find BMW SEA's service to be neither delightful nor disappointing, rather somewhere in between. Agree that BMW Northwest (Tacoma) is far and away the best dealership choice in the SEA / Bellevue / Tacoma metropolitan region, but as floydarogers mentioned, the commute is longer. One reason to make the trip worthwhile is the display of iconic BMWs, including motorsports and an M1, on display at BMW Northwest. The dealerships lack flexibility compared with indies, especially if your car is modded from stock.
