wheelcaps.net DO NOT TRUST THEM

Hello,
Just posting this as an FYI about wheelcaps.net. They are a Canadian based company who ships wheel caps for BMW and other cards. They advertise same day express shipping.. free shipping etc.

However,
its been 2 weeks with no order in sight and a merchant who does not respond to any emails/fb msgs/ig dms etc.

Anyone have any idea how to get my money back? i payed with cc

Damn I just placed an order with them this morning.

Thankfully I did it through PayPal.

They have kijiji ads that were updated today.

Damn. I really hope you get your wheel caps and it was just an isolated issue.
i placed my order on the 11th of April. I found that email once, emailed Kam about 7 times. then found another email right off the site and emailed them a dozen times... no reply, no wheel caps, no idea if ill even be getting them.

Just put on my M359s this afternoon and theyre feeling naked

Not very impressed with their site, at least not the mobile version. Looks like they have a chat feature...tried that?

Tried the chat as well...
its either they just dropped the ball on me completely or they're scamming lol.

If anyone ever gets a delivery from them, let me know..

Did you pay with Credit Card? a lot of credit cards have webbernet purchase protections these days.

I think the credit company also has the power to get the funds back to recupe from paying you back for the fail transaction.

It's likely you have written proof of your communications to provide to Visa or what not. Definitely give it a go.

I submitted a claim with my credit card company. Hopefully they can do something.. thank you for the tip though.

BTW anyone.. I purchased a OEM Set from a local for 40 a set. They look great.

looks like Kijiji killed their add

Maybe you were not the only one complaining and someone went as far as contacting Kijiji about scam. Hope you guys get your money back

Can I ask you guys something? Why bother going and risking getting 3rd party copy of the wheel center cups when the OEM at the dealer cost $9.95 CAD for a set of 4

what is the deal here?

Which dealer is this?

Just got of the phone with one of the local dealerships here in Toronto area at the caps at $20 a piece.

If you give me the dealership that gave you that price maybe I can get the one here to price match.

Edit: just called the dealerships in Edmonton and Calgary and price is the same as here $18.72 (Edmonton) and $17.50 (Calgary). And that's per center cap. So I'm not sure where you got the $9.95 price from.

Here is the web site my parts department provided while ordering the part, not sure how accurate the price is regarding the parts but last one I have ordered was the same as posted on this site

I put them on yesterday. It had BMW logo with a part number beginning with 3
also said made in italy.
