Apologies for the delay. They are a midrange tyre - Jinyu Gallopro YU63. They have 5.5-6mm on both tyres.

That's not exactly what you'd call a midrange tyre that's a full on Chinese budget!

I have a set of pirelli p zero runflats in my garage, 255/40/18 though. No damage/repairs. 7-8mm of tread across both tyres. I took them off the car as I switched to non runflats. Feel free to PM if they're of any use.
