Maintenance on 2011 335d

Hi everyone,
I am new to BMW, Diesel engines, and these forums. I just purchased a 2011 335d with 78000 miles on it. I'm looking for tips on maintenance. I am looking to throw a tune exhaust and possibly a meth kit in in the future but I know the old adage of maintenance before mods. What should I do to prep for these modifications and what are the intervals on which I should preform the basic maintenance. Any other advice is also appreciated.
