It’s a great car that I hope goes to a new owner who will care for it the way I have. I moved on to something different and want to buy an E36 or E46 M3 (willing to consider trades…) for a true weekend/track car. The car has been great and I still get comments from the service techs as to how well maintained it is. I bought the car with 19k miles as a CPO car from BMW of Darien in CT. Prior to my ownership, it was sold and serviced from that dealer. It has never seen the track (which is a shame).

The interior is flawless, there really isn’t a blemish. You could argue that maybe there is a minimal amount of wear on the driver’s side seat bolster but that is even a stretch.

In the spirit of full disclosure, the only cons are exterior flaws. The rims have some curb rash on the front two which doesn’t show up clearly in the pictures. The front bumper also has some rock chips on it. There are some small scratches in a couple of places (nothing major at all). No dents or anything like that.

Please note that one of the pictures shows the car with winter tire/rim setup and not the stock m-sport wheels. I have a full set of winter tires that I will sell with the car for a small cost to the buyer of the vehicle. All 4 tires are the Michelin Pilot Sport Alpin PA4 in decent shape (maybe 10k miles on them if I had to guess). They are separately mounted and balanced on OEM rims and come with OEM TPMS.

I’ve done all the maintenance as scheduled since I owned it. The full documentation of everything that was done to the car since June of 2014 when I bought it CPO with 19k miles (see pictures). Some of the big things that were done include known problems with the N55 engine that were replaced either under warranty or out of my pocket, in addition to the regular maintenance:
•High pressure fuel pump replaced under warranty
•Electric water pump replaced in 2017
•All recalls performed

I’ve attached the full build sheet as one of the pictures, but the highlights are as follows:
•6MT
•M-Sport
•Rear parking sensors
•Full leather interior (Gray Dakota Leather)
•Premium package
•Cold weather package
•Michelin PSS tires
•Adaptive headlights
•iDrive with Nav
•BMW weathertech floor mats

I only have a few mods on the car, some of which are only cosmetic. I wouldn’t even call it OEM+:
•Stoptech Sport drilled rotors on all 4 corners
•Akebono ceramic pads (little to no brake dust!!)
•Cobb charge pipe
•BMW Performance e-brake handle
•BMW Performance steel pedals

I welcome any prospective buyer to have a PPI done either at the local BMW dealer (BMW North Haven is closest to me) or a local indy shop (my house is near XLR8 in Branford, CT).

haha yes they certainly will but my wife isn't a fan of the stick especially with the prospect kids in the back seat screaming. And you know what they say about having a happy wife...

Agree, if the lady is looking at a van-style vehicle...go for the Ford Flex w/ the twin turbo engine! Makes for a good replacement if needed a "van-style body" vehicle. But you either love it or hate it.

I have not listed on autotrader or craigslist yet, but plan to do so this weekend. I wanted to give the forum members the first shot at it as most people on here will enjoy the car as much as I have and appreciate the condition I've kept it in. If I don't sell privately I'll trade in at the dealer but would hate to do that!
