found full m-tech kit for e90 at mileone.com for $900 plus $200 shipping. comes with all this stuff....
Kit includes: * Body Nut x2 * Hex head screw w/ washer x29 * Primed front bumper trim * Grid, center * Grid, lateral left * Grid, lateral right * Support, fog lamp left * Support, fog lamp right * Mounting parts set * Bumper trim panel, rear, primed * Guide for bumper, side, left * Guide for bumper, side, right * Cover * Cover, wheel housing, bottom left * Cover, wheel housing, bottom right * Deflector lip left * Deflector lip right * Adapter * Primed left outer kick panel * Primed right door sill trim panel * Socket housing, grey x2 * Fog lamp left * Fog lamp right So here are my questions... 1) Does this look complete to you guys, meaning will i need to purchase anymore stuff on my own for the install. 2) Is it a good price, can i get it cheaper elsewhere? if so where? 3) Does anyone know a good place that i can get it painted and installed in socal that will be a reasonable deal? Since you're in Anaheim, I suggest you PM the mod guru, Long Tran for a quote on the M-Tech kit. He can paint and install it for you too.

Comes Primed already. Evan and Jason are really easy to deal with. Just picked my kit from them last week.
