One wheel seems to be a BMW Performance 313 which doesn't have the M logo near the center cap. Is that correct?

Appears to be so. If I was planning on keeping them I’d just get sandblast all of them and get them powder coated black. They’d all look the same at that point.

They won't be. The casting is recessed where the M logo is on the other 3 wheels.
