E92 335d Driver door lock issue

Hi guys,

As of the weekend the front drivers side door lock has a spasm when unlocking the car, sometimes I have to lock then unlock to open the door

Any ideas?

Don’t fancy replacing the actuator :-(

When using the key, it locks and unlocks fine

Just hope a little wd40 might solve the problem but knowing my luck, it’s never that easy!

what ended up being the problem? Was it the actuator and what did you do to fix? how much?
