Cleaning VANOS solenoids
Are the VANOS solenoids easy to clean e93 330i 2009
Had a fault come up twice in the last week so thought I would clean them first. |

Yes very easy to clean. Just be careful while taking the bolt out and don't drop it. Give it a good clean with some brake cleaner.... like 3 times for a thorough clean... and see if that helps ur warning light. I done mine 2 months ago but I still had to replace 1 of them. I got ones off fleabay rather that pay for oem . 1500 miles later and still going good. Good luck :-)
