My car has regular halo lights.

Is there headlights that has built in HID with plug and play? (for a car that didn't come with HID)

If not, I will still be satisfied with regular headlights that Looks like HID and emits White lights

It's got build in HID for non-hid cars. It's not some conversion kit thrown in like others.
It looks like they have office in U.S and give you guarantee.

I'm pretty sure it's just that they include an H7 HID kit seeing that it still needs an H7 compatible plug for halogen equipped cars, and the description itself says H7 HID kit.

That being said, seems like a good price, though personally I'd probably want to select my own H7 HID kit so that I know the quality I'm getting etc.
