BOV question

I dont have the cash to buy a AA BOV kit. Im thinking about buying and HKS bov from ultimate racing. I just wanted to know the difference in sound of the $250 as opposed to the $400 and $480.

fyi - the 250.00 is just for the piping, no BOV included.
