If you are asking about inserts then no as m3 bushings have no cavities.
That's what I was wondering. Thanks Feuer

The M3 bushings installed on mine are becoming less effective as HP increases and wanted to see if these were an option.

Have you upgraded the shock mounts? If not then look into that.

I've got the Monroe mounts ready to be installed with new coilovers. Replacing Bilstein PSS9's with TC Kline double adjustables and will be using those upper mounts. That was a good find. Figured I would try to add to subframe support while down there but seems full solid / stiffer mounts would be the only way. The lower spring arms are M3 oem so no lower mount upgrade unless I go spherical bearing.

My suggestion is to wait until you install the new suspension before looking into different subframe bushing options. Also, I would consider VWETISH lockdown kit which will stop the rear from kicking to the left and possible wheel hop.

Lockdown installed, also have power flex control arm bushings and Megan toe arms installed. Going to lift it up and make sure the other bearings / bushings are ok or if I should replace while down there doing install. Think that is about all I can do at this point.

Garage List
I have the Whiteline full bushings (not inserts). Totally streetable and the rear end is nicely controlled. Personally I think they're the best bang for the buck with full bushings, but you could go with the metal bushings if you want to have absolute minimum slop in the subframe.
