Interior Wood Trim Repair...

I will link you guys to the pics, but basically my interior wood trim is coming loose above the glove box where it makes its first conjoined angle.

It appears as if theres a circular adhesive sticker underneath that holds it down, but i can't tell. by pushing on both sides to place it back, it pushes down but not together. It doesn't want to stay and I just noticed it the other day. Its as if the rapid weather change made the panel buckle or something odd. I dunno but does anyone have any experience in how i can fix this?

Thanks.

That looks like an e46 dash to me. www.e46fanatics.com is a great site for the e46, just do a search on trim removal and I'm sure you will find something.
