E90 335 Serpentine Belt humming

I replaced my belt three weeks ago and I replaced the alternator last night. I am not sure what this noise is.

Did you replace the pulleys & tensioner ?

If not, start there.

Check the power steering bolts?

The noise started after alternator. I think the alternator is bad, I am exchanging it.
