Microfilter Indicator is Blank and Won't reset...

My microfilter (cabin air filter) service indicator came on a few months ago. I was slow getting around to changing it and the service warning was blank by the time I looked at it today. It shows it needs servicing, but the date and milage info for this service is all just showing "---". I attached a picture.

I have gone in and followed the reset procedure, and it will say resetting and the clock spins etc. as is normal. BUT, the service indicator doesn't get cleared and stays blank just showing the "---".

Any ideas? HELP!

Check that the date in your OBC is correct, sometimes that can have an affect..if not I don't know what the deal is.

Wow, you still have a mircofilter indicator? The dealership deleted my microfilter indicator with a s/w upgrade.

Did anyone work ths out I may disconnect the battery for a hour and see if that helps as this started when my battery went flat before that it was fine.

I disconnected the battery for 10 mins and tried the reset procedure for the pollen filter and the clock spins then blank line as before.
Next i disconnected the battery for a hour and tried and it worked so no more service due message
