Factory Speaker Wire

I recall reading on the forum that the factory speaker wire is good up to 150 watts, taken that into account could I tap three speakers in the factory speaker wire and then out through the harness.

Hope that makes sense

The number is correct what you are trying to do is not clear.
Remember if you wire speaker in parallel is increases the load
on the amp it shouldn't go below 2 ohms a 2 ohm stable amp.

If you are trying to attach all those speaker to a factory amp the
amp is probably not going to cut it.

I'm trying to figure out, what is going to be the easiest for me to wire up the door pods to a separate amp.

Rather than running new wires, I'm hoping I can tap in the factory wires again as I did for the components.
