Air filter is new and not clogged

You wold be smoking like a choo choo train if the charge pipe were cracked.

could be a small leak somewhere in the boost side, time to put 30psi into the system to test for leaks.

could be your boost hose, inter cooler, charge pipe, maybe even your intake manifold.

btw a small leak will not smoke, just send you into limp mode.
