System Finished (almost)

After almost two months of planning and building, all that's left is finishing cosmetic touches and fine tuning....but, so far....I'm happy with it. I for not having a clue how to caption the individual pictures for descriptions....but I don't work with computers much outside of work. Thanks for all of the advice for some of the questions and dilemma's I had issues with during this process. I will add.....just because some people around here and on facebook have asked....The metal brackets on the sides of the box are hinge parts for a Harbor Freight folding trailer. They were perfect for securing the box to the front cargo anchor points with grade 8 button head allen bolts. I also used grade 8 bolts to secure the front of the box to the child seat anchors in the floor. The shiny things recessed into the screw holes on the amp stand-offs are neodymium magnets for the amp cover. It will be fabricated from 1/4" plywood and will have the mating magnets to hold it to the box. The rubber grommets are for a little vibration relief on the bolts between the amp and the box. Mounting the amps to the box wasn't he ideal spot....but I wanted to maximize cargo space and give them breathing room. The internal brackets for the spare tire securement are 14 gauge and I got them at home depot in the lumber department...….I think the load distribution and structural rigidity are plenty sufficient. I'm still working on a design to secure the top of the box to the rear bolt of the seat latch hoops. I haven't found anything commercially available that will work. The subs each call for .575 cubic feet. After subtracting their displacement and some additional bracing.....they ended up with about .585 each.....close enough.... Initial testing with a Dayton Audio calibrated measuring mic is showing an average of about 110db at full volume with the highest spike so far being 113db and the sound quality at lower volumes is pretty impressive with the DSP EQing and time alignment. This was built for sound quality as opposed to pissing off everyone around me, but it's as loud as I'll ever be able to stand for more than a song or two.
