Couple coding questions, are these possible?

So first question

In my car, if the car is running and I turn it off and remove key then press engine start again, the car will start, it will also drive without the key in the slot. Is it possible to code the car so if the brake peddle is pressed without the key in the slot, the car will shut off?

Second question

Is it possible to code some kind of remote starting capability with the key fob? I know I can get an after market car starter but just wondering if it's possible at all

The ability to restart the car (within a few seconds) without the key might be a codable option. My 2007 and 2009 335i's would both restart without the key, but my 2011 328xi absolutely will not. I haven't gone digging through the CAS.TRC file yet.

His already does this.

It sounds like he might wish to disable that functionality, if I'm understanding his desired coding changes correctly.

I like the functionality of being able to restart the car, but I don’t like how it can be driven without the key

It's not a codable function. It's more of a BMW hack, a glitch in the system type thing.
