Please Help! 30FF Charging Pressure Control, Boost Pressure Too Low

Hey guys I'm new to this forum and I really need some help from you guys. My car is throwing the 30FF code and I dont know what the problem could be since ive been told it could be a bunch of things.

Long story short ive been getting the engine malfunction light come up once in a while over the past 4 or 5 months sending the car into limp mode but I could just shut the car off turn it back on and the power is all back. But now the car stays in Prius mode and the light comes on everytime I gun it now. I also changed vaccum lines 3 years ago. If anyone has any idea what it may be please let me know i'd really appreciate you input on this.

I just had this problem after replacing my vacuum hoses (about 3 months ago.) It turns out the vacuum hose that goes to the intake manifold blew off. I used silicone hose but it seems like the material may have been softened by the oil in the intake although I'm not sure.

The fix was to re-attach the hose and use a zip tie to secure it. The engine runs much better with a properly functioning boost system.
