My ebay cover cracked in a few thousand miles in the same place they always crack, by the oil cap. It had a warranty so the seller just sent another. This one has been fine since. I have a suspicion that something on our heads is not square causing them to crack in the same place, so i only snugged down the bolts near the oil cap. no leaks.

My Ebay cover never sealed properly. it was the spacers on the bolts. I even replaced the gasket to see if that would seal it with no luck. the ebay seller let me return with full refund.
