Got the box in the mail. All it has is a cable, and an orange thing to plug into the OBD2 port.
I've put virtual box and windows x on my Mac.

What am I missing here?
I've got no software, no flash tuner, no instructions, and their website doesn't help much.

I'm not into plugging anything into the car until it's safe.

Will call them later, but could use some insight.

you should be able to download the software from the handheld manufacturers website

I think they aren’t using a handheld any more. Bob told me they are using a new flash now which requires a laptop and cable.

This is good news btw cause I’ve had many annoying issues with the handheld over my tuning process lol

Ditto. I actually lost my base file because of it.

good to know...
I always had trouble w/ the damn thing flashing to something new. It was pretty epic waiting for so long and right before the job is completed "oh yis, about to be cool as fuuuuh." then nope.

Nope.
I finally was able to open the directions from their website.
Will download the stock file soon and send to them.
Then they send me the revised file to upload to the car.

I wish they'd include the directions in printed form with the cable instead of making me hunt around the site for it.

The site still shows the handheld tuner, but it's no longer used.

All of the instructions are on the website. There wasn't much hunting involved when I did it last week - they're pretty plainly available, if not formatted as well as possible.

Yes, a printout with the cable and dcan box would have been nice.
