:: ECS Tuning :: We Ship World Wide

Need a ton of parts, but don't have any source for them in your country. We've got you covered. Once you have selected the items that you wish to purchase, be sure to select your country and input your zip code and our site will provide a shipping quote.

We are continuing to work on finding ways to ship international orders at a lower cost. We thank you for your support and feedback

I really hope you will do something about shipping to Canada. The other day I was quoted 26$ to ship a very small and light object. That's ridiculous !
No need to say I decided to buy my stuff from somewhere else and this has happenned a lot lately.

You can always shoot me a PM anytime a quote looks out of line so I can manually check the shipping to your area in Canada.

Same here, I ordered for 300$ and paid 35$ shipping from UPS.
Ended up having to pay 150$ more mainly for brokerage fees (85$) and rest is standard taxes and duties.
At 485$ total, the potential savings are pretty much gone and it would've probably been cheaper to get it locally.

One thing I have learned when buying from the USA, you want the seller to ship with USPS. I never paid duty when items were shipped with USPS.

Amen, i got hit the same way 2 weeks ago. Outrageous. I never will use UPS. The order was for 300$US and the duties / taxes was 108$ !! WTF.

I know better, but the ECS checkout via paypal defaults to UPS, and if you click " continue" it'll let you select your shipper. Hmm.

Now, I just ship to my american address and drive down and bring it back. Even that, 35$ to ship a cable is still nuts.

It should be defaulting to the cheapest shipping method, typically to Canada that does end up being UPS for most items. This is before duties, taxes, brokerage of course.

Maybe look at changing that to avoid surprises. Duty and all that crap can add up to more than the item is worth at times. May be cheaper to ship with UPS at first, but after the duty certainly is not. It should probably default to USPS as you will never get charged duty and whatnot with them. They will work that into the shipping quote. No surprises that way!

The problem is UPS is charging extreme broker fees, so USPS might be originally more expensive but in the end for us in Canada it is way cheaper then UPS. Everything I buy from the States I always request USPS since a Sticker kit for my MX bike which costed 200$ ended up almost 500 at my door with UPS ridiculous broker fees

To this day I still cannot order anything off ECS because shipping is extremely expensive to Canada. For example, the air scoops I was going to buy are 60 US, you wanted to charge me another $40 for shipping? Plus conversion.. its cheaper to get parts locally like the above have stated.

Unfortunately I couldn't post this anywhere and this isn't a shot at ECS, but this entire subforum is so sad... Can't believe there is no attempt from any vendors to throw up a sale :/

All of my normal sales transfer across the border sadly shipping to our neighbors in the North is just a little pricey.
