Unobstructed OBD cable
I have a BimmerGeeks OBD cable and now that I have Flex Fuel installed I am monitoring logs much more but the issue is the OBD cable sticks out pretty far.
I would like to leave it plugged in all the time. Is there anything we can do to hide the cable like a 90 or 180 degree adapter? Maybe something else that hides it even better?

I use an extension cable that looks kind of like the one above except it doesn't split off, I think mine is 6 feet and I run it into the glove box where I have an android box setup that displays on the iDrive.

Hi,
Ive ran a cable from obd port, up under drivers footwell, under steering wheel and comes out above centre dash vents. I tweaked the OBD connector so its hidden behind the cover. I could put a quick video together if its of interest? Mines an E92 coupe 335i |

How about using a Phillips head screw driver and releasing it from its position, you could then put the obd cover back on and run the cable from under the dash to wherever you wanted it.
-saves costs of an adapter -runs the cable stealth to where you want it.
