330D Acoustic Engine Cover

Hi Guys

Has anyone found a way of replacing the foam sound insulation pad that is under the plastic engine cover, mine's disintegrated and I would rather not pay £220 for a complete cover.

The part number is 111 47 807 246

I bought some foam off Ebay as mine was falling apart. About in an inch thick I believe, but although I fitted it I have never put the cover back on the car. Will see if I can grab a photo.
