Car feels really weird when taking turns...sporadically

Just got my car back from installing downpipes and fmic, and I noticed while turning, sometimes it feels like my tire has no sidewall and is just going to flip sideways,. It's a very unnerving feeling.

Steering is also a lot heavier than usual.

Any thoughts what could be going on?

First step is check tire pressure.

Are there any vibrations that are new? Check for play in all the suspension parts. Check for a loose rack as well. Take the wheel off and just have a look at everything.

Heavier Steering.
HIGH CHANCE that you need to Change your Power Steering Fluid and Reservoir with Filter.
Look up "E90 Power Steering BANJO BOLT" on how to PROPERLY change Power Steering Oil.

The Loose Rack is VERY Common as shops don't torque the Rack Properly.

I re-tightened my wheels and filled them up with air, I noticed a couple lug nuts were loose. So far, not getting the crazy wobble any more.
