Spark plugs out..any feedback?

Hi all, looking for some feedback on my plugs. I'm not really sure how to interpret the look of a spark plug so any help is appreciated.

Well...

- far left looks like centre electrode is missing
- far right is different plug than the rest (has 3 ground electrodes).
- slight valve cover gasket leak at the third plug from the right?

Other than that they look fine.

-Hadn't noticed that. I wonder if that was from me being rough with it after uninstalling, but yikes lol
-The 3 electrode spark plug is the new one for context.
-Ugh, lol

Thanks for your input.
