A more recent thread on a different forum wasn't as favorable. Has anyone used them recently? Is it worth it to put up the membership fee for the year?

What do you all think of them? How are the similar services out there? Is there anyone better at what they do?

Their customer service is mediocre and prices are high. If you do your research here, you can negotiate a better price with a dealer.

Is it that way across the board? I heard they don't find very good deals on BMWs, but I thought it might work out better for the Audi/MB search...
