He was very helpful and answered questions I didn't even know I had! Was very polite, professional, and casual. Enough to have a conversation answering any questions and concerns I had without feeling too serious if that makes sense. I don't really like customer service that feels automated, he made it personal. Awesome. Installed headlights without a hitch, and works exactly as described.
