Good day all,

I am back with the analysis from Carly. Any feedback on what the significance of the listed faults would be appreciated. Recently had the battery replaced with a BMW matching one and re-coded by the BMW authorised garage.

Used Carly to code to allow the hood to be opened when moving at slow speeds.

Replaced door courtesy lights with laser courtesy lights.

Otherwise no other changes since last service.

In the days of the e46 the swirl flap was often faulty, broke and make his way into the engine and make a critical damage. Dont know if at e90 times still got this problem but you should take a look there

Every error what have to do with a change of a batt i would do nothing and just clear the errors and check if and what come

This is an error which may have caused because of a failure of the throttle body. It can't close perfect so when you turn the engine off it is not so smoth as it could be.

I'm not sure here what this error means.. Could have something to do with the xDrive or VTG(dont know the english name) from the Turbo.. May take a second look

Ring break diagnosis error happen when a control unit from the Most System have a failure. With Ista you should be able to make a diagnosis and check which one generate this

If your windows works ignore. The Hall-sensor knows when the window is complete up or down

this was the same as in the Phone categorie..


In general i would first delete all the error because often they happened just once and additional the iCarly app doesnt show when it happened the first, the last time and how often so it would be just in indication, but i hope you have a reference at some of them and how to handle it.
